This poster examines the science behind the function of the egg in baking. As with all the original Kitchen 101 posters, this poster is available in two sizes (8-1/2 x 11 inches or 11-1/2 x 17-1/2 inches) and now six different colors (red, olive, teal, orange, blue & grey)!A part of the Kitchen 101 series from Chasing Delicious, the egg can play so many different roles in baking that knowing what they do, and how they do it can mean the different between a deliciously light and airy cake and a dense, unpalatable brick. The eggs poster also includes vegan substitutions for eggs! This poster solves that problem. Not only are the posters functional, with different sizes and color choices, the will look great in any kitchen!

Posters are printed on heavy-duty matte paper*. The 8-1/2 x 11 inch poster contains a white border around the edge so it can fit in an 8 x 10 inch frame or a larger frame with an 8 x 10 inch matte. The 11-1/2 x 17-1/2 inch poster is printed to bleed and does not contain a border. Posters are shipped in a study poster tube.
